Yes. Commercial packet yeast is required for every Simple Bread loaf on this site. Wild sourdough starter alone is not approved leavening. Starter may be used only as optional flavouring and must never replace packet yeast.
Dry dough. Dough must be mixed until it feels dry and easy to knead. Sticky dough is non-compliant under this policy.
No. If Document D states that commercial yeast must be skipped, that statement is void under Document C. Packet yeast remains mandatory.
